for Community, Connection & Hope

We are incredibly honored to have been selected as a recipient organization for Founder’s Day 2026 through Ozarks First — a powerful day of service dedicated to strengthening nonprofits across the Ozarks.

On Friday, June 12, 2026, volunteers from Ozarks First will be helping us transform the outdoor green space at our new location into a welcoming place where people can gather, connect, laugh, heal, and build community together.

But we need your help to bring this vision to life.

Our Vision for the Space

We believe community changes lives. Our goal is to create an outdoor environment where individuals and families can feel safe, welcomed, and connected — a place where meaningful conversations happen around picnic tables, where yard games spark laughter and friendships, and where people experience a true sense of belonging.

With the help of Founder’s Day volunteers, we will be preparing and improving the space, but we are raising funds now to purchase the materials needed to complete the project.

How Your Donation Helps

Your support will help us purchase items such as:

• Picnic tables

• Outdoor grills

• Yard games and recreation equipment

• Landscaping materials and flowers

• Outdoor seating and gathering spaces

• Supplies to make the area beautiful, functional, and welcoming

More Than a Backyard — A Place to Belong

This project is about more than landscaping. It’s about creating opportunities for connection.

We want this space to become a place where:

• People feel less alone

• Families can gather together

• Community members can build healthy relationships

• Volunteers and supporters can connect with our mission

• Hope and healing can grow

A simple picnic table can become a place where lives are changed through conversation, encouragement, and community.

Items we need to raise funds to purchase:

6 Picnic tables  - $1,500 each

2 Grills - $2,500 each

2 Horseshoe pits - $1,000

Volleyball court - $3,500

Green space Entrance - $2,500

Flowers and plants

2 Computers for community computer lab - $500 each

Indoor updates such as painting, building materials for a clothing closet

* Individuals or organizations that donate $1,000 or more will be contacted for a naming plaque to be added to our green space.
